Join Laura for an immersive Crystal Singing Bowl Class, where you will explore the powerful world of sound, vibration, and frequency. With over 30 years of experience facilitating sound baths, Laura brings deep wisdom and practical knowledge to help you understand how crystal singing bowls can be used for relaxation, balance, and energetic healing.

During this hands-on class, Laura will provide a large collection of crystal singing bowls for you to practice with and experience their unique tones. You will learn different techniques to create a variety of sounds using your bowls, including how to properly use different mallets and strikers to produce distinct vibrations and resonances. Laura will also teach which bowls correspond to the seven chakras, helping you understand how sound can support energetic alignment in the body. She will also teach you how to create sacred space before you use the bowls for yourself and a group.

The class will also explore how singing bowls can be used on or around a person’s body—and even with animals—to promote deep relaxation and energetic balance. Laura will share the science behind sound frequency and vibration, explaining how these frequencies interact with the nervous system and body to support calm, stress relief, and overall well-being. Whether you are new to sound healing or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a meaningful opportunity to experience the healing power of sound in a supportive and inspiring environment.
