Join Laura for an intimate art collage workshop to create a Legacy Board centered on creativity, remembrance and connection at Soulshine.

This beautiful experience is for anyone who lost a parent, grandparent, sibling, child, aunt, uncle, cousin, friend, pregnancy or any loved one who you want to honor.

Guests will create personal Legacy Boards. Think vision boards, but inspired by someone you’ve lost and the legacy you want to carry forward. Using photographs, words, memories, colors + other materials, you’ll create a visual tribute that reflects who your person was, what they loved and the pieces of them you want to keep present in your life.

All creative materials will be provided, and each guest will leave with a meaningful keepsake they can display and continue adding to over time.
🧘 Grounding meditation led by Laura to connect to your loved one

✂️ Curated magazines, paper + art supplies will be provided.

We also encourage you to bring copies of favorite photos or print any meaningful items that remind you of your loved one to include on your board.

Whether you’re navigating a recent loss or honoring someone you’ve carried with you for years, this gathering is an opportunity to remember them in a way that feels personal, communal and even joyful.

Discover The Magic Of Crystal Singing Bowls

Join Laura for an immersive Crystal Singing Bowl Class, where you will explore the powerful world of sound, vibration, and frequency. With over 30 years of experience facilitating sound baths, Laura brings deep wisdom and practical knowledge to help you understand how crystal singing bowls can be used for relaxation, balance, and energetic healing.

During this hands-on class, Laura will provide a large collection of crystal singing bowls for you to practice with and experience their unique tones. You will learn different techniques to create a variety of sounds using your bowls, including how to properly use different mallets and strikers to produce distinct vibrations and resonances. Laura will also teach which bowls correspond to the seven chakras, helping you understand how sound can support energetic alignment in the body. She will also teach you how to create sacred space before you use the bowls for yourself and a group.

The class will also explore how singing bowls can be used on or around a person’s body—and even with animals—to promote deep relaxation and energetic balance. Laura will share the science behind sound frequency and vibration, explaining how these frequencies interact with the nervous system and body to support calm, stress relief, and overall well-being. Whether you are new to sound healing or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a meaningful opportunity to experience the healing power of sound in a supportive and inspiring environment. ✨ The Soulshine Sleepunder ✨

Rest can be a ritual!

After every Soulshine gathering, we hear the same wish:
“Can we stay longer? Can we sleepover?”
More time to talk. More time to rest. More time to not rush back into real life.

Your nervous system called.
It wants a day off.
No screens. No expectations.
Just rest, presence, and soft magic.

"Me time" in community.

Offline. Unrushed. Sacred.

Imagine a day where there is no schedule, no expectations, yet plenty of mindful activities to awaken your spirit and help you reconnect to YOU again. Our lives are planned, timed, and over-stimulated enough. The Sacred Chill Club is designed to give your nervous system a break and your soul some breathing room.

What you can do (or not do)...

You’re free to move through the day at the different Mindfulness Stations however your body, heart and energy desire.

Mindfulness Stations Include:

Tarot and oracle decks for readings

Smudge yourself with sacred medicine plants

Crystals to put on your body or hold them and expand your gemstone knowledge

Journals with a new set of markers

Mindful arts and crafts for you to explore your creative side

Bonfire outside for warmth, fire meditation and burning ceremony

Cozy meditation station

Board games and puzzles

Curl up with a book

Take a slow meditative walk in the expansive yard

Do your favorite hobby- uninterrupted!

Enjoy quiet conversation with a new friend.
Spend time alone together — no pressure to perform or socialize.

The day includes an optional guided meditation and sound bath, gently offered for reflection, to open your third eye, for presence and inner calm. Join if it calls to you. Skip it if rest is what you need.

In the evening, we will gather around the table for a nourishing delicious dinner and easy conversation — or peaceful silence if that feels better. And yes… we do the dishes, so you can simply enjoy.

We will end with a closing circle.

Why we unplug...

This is a phone-free experience — and that’s where the real magic begins.

Our phones constantly pull us outward: notifications, scrolling, comparing, responding. Even when we think we’re resting, our minds stay busy.

When the phone goes away, something powerful happens:

Your nervous system softens.
Your thoughts slow down.
Creativity returns.
Presence deepens.
You can actually hear yourself again.
Unplugging creates space to reconnect — not just with others, but with your own inner voice, intuition, and needs. The version of you that knows when to rest, when to speak, and when to simply be.

Why this matters...

Most of us are tired in a way that sleep alone doesn’t fix.
We’re craving unstructured time, genuine connection, and permission to do less without guilt.

The Soulshine Sleepunder is for warm, kind, open-hearted women who want:

Rest without isolation.
Connection without pressure.
Reflection without fixing.
Community without screens.

Come slow down.  Come unplug.  Come home to yourself.

This is your permission to rest.

This gathering is held in solidarity with the Buddhist monks who are currently walking over 2,300 miles from Texas to Washington, D.C., accompanied by their loyal dog Aloka, to spread a message of peace, loving kindness, and compassion across the world.

Sacred Craft Night: Creating Intentional Prayer Flags ✨

Lovingly led by Laura

✨ Sacred Craft Night: Creating Intentional Prayer Flags ✨

You are warmly invited to an evening of sacred creativity as we gather to craft our own prayer flags—symbols of hope, healing, and blessing carried on the wind. This will be a gentle, contemplative space where we pause from the noise of daily life, connect with spirit, and create from the heart.

Together, we’ll explore the meaning of prayer flags as vessels for intention. Each participant will be guided to reflect inwardly, choose a heartfelt prayer or affirmation, and infuse it into a handmade fabric flag. As we craft, we hold space for one another, honoring the sacred act of creating something that blesses both ourselves and the world around us.

During this gathering, we will:
*Learn the spiritual significance of prayer flags
*Set personal intentions through quiet reflection or meditation
*Create a series of flags using provided materials
*Bless our finished pieces as a community before hanging them and letting the wind carry our blessings up to Spirit!

Come join us in this peaceful circle of creativity and spirit. May the prayers we craft together ripple outward in love, healing, and light. This event is for beginner and experienced artists! ✨🕊️🌿

The 12:12 Portal refers to a specific day, December 12th, believed to carry heightened energetic significance. It's often described as a time when cosmic or universal energies are amplified, providing an opportunity for personal growth, healing, transformation, and spiritual awakening.

Numerological Significance:
12 is a powerful and symbolic number in numerology and various cultures. It appears in many systems and contexts (12 months in a year, 12 zodiac signs, 12 hours on a clock, etc.), representing completeness, wholeness, and cosmic order.
12:12 is often seen as a "master number" in numerology, amplifying the energy and symbolism associated with the number 12. It is a day of spiritual culmination or powerful alignment.

Astrological and Cosmic Alignments:
Many people believe that specific dates, especially those with repeating numbers like 12:12, have energetic significance. On these days, the Earth is thought to be in alignment with cosmic forces that bring about changes on both a personal and collective level. 12:12 ia a portal or gateway that can facilitate spiritual awakening, enhanced intuition, or a new phase of growth.

Shift of Energy and Ascension:
The 12:12 portal is often discussed in relation to the ascension process, a concept found in New Age spirituality. This is the idea that humanity is collectively evolving into higher states of consciousness, and days like 12:12 are considered to be times when these ascension energies are heightened. The energies of the universe are more readily available for personal healing, transformation, and manifestation.

Connection with the "12th Dimension":
In some metaphysical systems, 12 is linked to higher dimensions of existence, with the 12th dimension representing a space of unity, divine consciousness, and ultimate creation. The 12:12 date is a time when there is easier access to these higher states of being or consciousness.

Numerology of 12:12:
When you reduce 12 (1 + 2), you get 3, and the number 3 is often associated with creativity, growth, communication, and the divine (for example, in Christian tradition, the Holy Trinity is a manifestation of the number 3). 12:12 is a day of opening to creative forces and growth, as it has a double effect (the number 12 repeated twice).

Global Celebrations and Rituals:
While the 12:12 portal isn't universally acknowledged, many spiritual or New Age communities engage in specific rituals, meditations, or ceremonies on this day to take advantage of the heightened energies.
This is a time to reflect, manifest their desires, or focus on personal growth, seeing it as a powerful opportunity to release old patterns and step into new beginnings.

When: On December 11, 2025, we will activate and open the portal for you to fully be present in the portal on Dec 12th!
