What to bring: Bring your own floatie already blown up that you can lay on comfortably ABOVE the water, a blanket and water bottle.
What to wear: You can wear whatever makes you comfortable to let go and float! Dress according to the weather.
Where: The sound bath is at a private residence in Deerfield, Il. The address will be given once you register.
