As you effortlessly float on the water, you'll be immersed in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, native flute, chimes, drums, rain sticks, ocean drums and soothing soundscapes. Gentle Reiki energy will be offered by Laura throughout the sound bath to promote an energetic upgrade and inner peace.

What to bring: Bring your own floatie already blown up that you can lay on comfortably ABOVE the water, a blanket and water bottle.
What to wear: You can wear whatever makes you comfortable to let go and float! Dress according to the weather.
